Email-only enquiries are fully supported. Initial anonymous or partial-information enquiries are possible, although final quoting, hospital review, and scheduling require identity and medical details.
With your consent, records may be shared with up to 3 shortlisted hospitals for case review and quote comparison.
Doctor video consultation may be arranged after deposit and case pre-screening, depending on hospital and specialty availability.
We can coordinate invitation materials, appointment confirmations, airport pickup, and delay-response planning once your case is active.
Data & Consent
We aim to respond within 2 hours for standard inquiries. Active clients with urgent non-emergency post-treatment concerns enter the published 15-minute escalation and 2-hour next-step guidance pathway.
Never share passports or sensitive records over unsecured channels.
You can request correction or deletion of your inquiry data. We honor valid requests according to applicable privacy rules, and email-only communication remains available if you do not want to use WhatsApp.
